Take measures to reduce Electromagnetic Pollution, Mould and Geopathic Stress

Home visits launched by WeHealth and Building Biology Central since February 2015 have increased public awareness of the burdens on our health caused by electromagnetic radiation, mould growth and geoapthic stress. Eric Walker and Frances Wong, our two German-trained building biology practitioners, have accumulated valuable experience and met with remarkable success in helping clients reduce external stresses in their homes. An extremely high correlation has been found between the prevalence of such electromagnetic or geopathic stresses and various health issues.

With a view to providing the best service with the greatest positive impact, WeHealth and Building Biology Central are pleased to unveil a new series of home assessment services:

1. Preliminary Assessment (about 2 hours)
2. Detailed Assessment (about 3 hours)
3. Upgrade Assessment (about 2.5 hours)
4. Duplex Placement Service A (about 1 hour) – only available to clients who book an appointment within 6 months of having completed an Assessment.
5. Duplex Placement Service B (about 1.5 hours) – only available until end of 2016 for clients who bought a Duplex set before February 2015
6. Duplex Tune Up Service (about 1 hour) – only available to clients who completed an Assessment and already own a Duplex set
7. Mould Growth Assessment – service not yet launched

Fees and Assessment Information

1. Preliminary Assessment – $3,000

Scope of work:

• Body voltage (verify safe grounding conditions of power sockets in the bedroom and measure body voltage on bed);
• AC magnetic fields (measure alternating magnetic fields on bed);
• High Frequency electromagnetic fields (Measure maximum centre-of-room field strength for high frequency electromagnetic radiation);
• Geopathic fields (measure Benker grid fields on bed);
• Despite not having detailed information on indoor and outdoor sources of electromagnetic fields and location of global grids, best effort will be made to suggest remedial measures.
• D4 set placement if applicable.

2. Detailed Assessment – $6,000 (includes one complimentary follow-up visit for rechecking Benker grid)

Scope of work:

• Family health interview;
• AC electric and magnetic fields (measure alternating electric and alternating magnetic fields on bed, identify sources and suggest ways to reduce exposure in bed);
• Body voltage (verify safe grounding conditions of power sockets in the bedroom and measure body voltage on bed);
• Static magnetic fields (check static magnetic fields on beds and nearby floors and walls, and suggest ways to reduce exposure to static magnetic fields that deviate from natural background);
• Static electric fields – only for children under 8 years old (measure a select amount of bedding or toys for static electricity; identify sources of high static electric field and suggest ways to reduce exposure in bed);
• High Frequency electromagnetic fields (measure maximum centre-of-room field strength for high frequency electromagnetic radiation, identify indoor and outdoor HF radiation sources and suggest ways to reduce exposure during sleep);
• Geopathic fields (measure ground water, faults and global grid fields on bed, and mark location of Benker grid in bedroom if line or crossing lies across bed);
• D4 set placement if applicable

3. Upgrade Assessment – $4,500 (a completion of Preliminary Assessment, includes one complimentary follow-up visit for rechecking Benker grid)

Scope of work:

• Same as in Detailed Assessment but minus the checking already completed in Preliminary Assessment.
• D4 placement if completed will be rechecked for maximum performance.

4. Duplex Placement Service A – $2,000 (only available to clients who book an appointment within 6 months of having completed an Assessment)

Scope of work:

• This service is suitable for clients who have had their Preliminary, Detailed or Upgrade Assessment completed, but had not yet installed a Duplex set, and are able to book an appointment for a Duplex placement service within 6 months of their Assessment.
• The service includes finding the most suitable site for placing the Duplex set to ensure maximum performance.

5. Duplex Placement Service B – $2,000 (only available until end-2016 to clients who bought a Duplex set before 1 Feb 2015)

Scope of work:

• This service is customized for clients who bought a Duplex set before our Building Biology services were launched in February 2015.
• It includes an assessment of the influence of any Benker grid on beds, and the finding of the most suitable site for placing the Duplex set to ensure maximum performance.
• The special discounted price of $2,000 will be offered until the end of 2016, after which there will be no Duplex placement service without a Preliminary, Detailed or Upgrade Assessment.

6. Duplex Tune-up Service – $2,000 (only available to clients who have had an Assessment which included placement of a Duplex set)

Scope of work:

• This service is designed for clients who notice little improvement in sleep or health condition, despite having completed a Preliminary, Detailed or Upgrade Assessment, implemented remedial measures and have had a Duplex set in place for some time.
• This service will include reassessing the location and condition of the Duplex to ensure maximum performance is achieved.
• Any increase in high frequency electromagnetic pollution or changes in natural phenomena leading to increased geopathic stresses may diminish the effect of the Duplex set. Additional remedial measures such as the shielding of any high frequency radiation or a relocation of the Duplex set to a more suitable location can help to restore maximum performance.

7. Mould Growth Assessment 

• Service not yet launched but applications are accepted on a waitlist basis.
• The service will include checking for excessive mould growth in hidden areas of the home, assessing its health impact and suggesting remedial solutions.

*Standard Charges and Additional Charges:

• Standard charges for any Assessment will cover a saleable area of up to 800 square feet, and 2 resting areas (bed, sofa, sofa bed, massage chair, etc).
• An extra charge of $300 applies if the saleable area exceeds 800 square feet but is not larger than 1,100 square feet. Extra square footage above 1,100 square feet will incur charges of $1 per square foot and $750 for each extra resting area.
• Due to the use of heavy equipment requiring taxi transport, there will be surcharges for visiting remote areas with no road access in the New Territories, outlying islands and Macau. Such charges will be agreed upon before confirmation of appointment.

An introduction to the scope of inquiry in Assessments

Alternating Electric Field
Electric fields that come from alternating currents (AC) in nearby power cables can cause a high body voltage for someone lying in bed for long hours and disturb quality sleep. These fields exist even when appliances are turned off but still plugged in.
Alternating Magnetic Field
Magnetic fields that come from alternating currents (AC) in cables and appliances. But they exist only when appliances are turned on and so are not usually a problem during sleep. However, if there are transformers, switch rooms, elevators nearby or night-time lighting, AC magnetic fields may be too strong for
Body Voltage
The body voltage of family members is measured on their beds to check the effect of AC electric fields. If body voltage is high then steps can be taken to reduce the nearby AC electric fields, such as by unplugging cables, switching off power circuits, or by shielding with grounded fabric or paint. Persistent high body voltage caused by materials or e-smog may over-stimulate cells and affect sleep.
Static Magnetic Field
Different factors can cause strong magnetic fields in sleeping areas. Steel bed frames, spring coils in mattresses, even structural steel in buildings can be magnetized. Strong magnetic fields can affect sleep quality and may cause muscle aches. Strong magnetic fields in the building structure may also affect the geometry of the global grids.
Static Electric Field
The accumulation of static electric fields can increase body voltage. If this condition persists for long hours, it could affect sleep. Synthetic materials in stuffed toys, blankets and pillows can cause a high electric field that disrupts children’s sleep, particularly babies who are more sensitive. Typical symptoms are frequent crying and difficulty falling asleep.
High Frequency Electromagnetic Field
Pulsed high frequency (HF) electromagnetic radiation comes from most of our modern day communication systems. Indoor sources include Wifi routers and cordless phones, and outdoor sources include mobile phone transmission towers, high voltage power lines and transformer rooms. HF radiation can affect sleep quality, vision and the endocrine system.
Geopathic Stress
The Earth’s geomagnetic field is a combination of several magnetic fields generated by various sources superimposing on each other. Most of the field is generated by the movement of conducting material inside the Earth’s core, which is often referred to as earth rays. Other important sources of the geomagnetic field include electric current flowing in the ionized upper atmosphere and currents flowing within the earth’s crust. There are also local anomalies produced by mountain ranges, ore deposits, geological faults, and artificial products such as trains, aircraft, power lines etc. Any anomalies that distort the weak radiation coming from earth rays may impact on the health of living organisms and are referred to as as geopathic stress.
Underground Water Field
It is created by friction between subterranean water flow and surrounding rocks and can shift over time. The observed impact on people sleeping over water veins includes energy loss, disturbed sleep and even chronic illnesses.
Fault Lines
When geological faults occur in bedrock, these surfaces can reflect and polarize cosmic and terrestrial energy producing radiation that is harmful to organisms.
Global Grids
The earth’s magnetic field in combination with forces of the sun and moon creates global grids of energetic lines. What have been discovered are the Harmann Grid, Curry Grid and Benker Grid. There is evidence from past decades that it is best to avoid sleeping on the grid lines or crossings to avoid any negative impact on health.
Duplex IV function
The Duplex IV is a biofield forming device that emits beneficial frequencies in a large area. Equipped with dipole antennae made from special materials that emit over 100 frequencies, it strengthens us against environmental stresses, particularly geopathic stresses from underground water veins, fault lines and global grids. It also strengthens our cells and organs to better withstand radiation from man-made electromagnetic fields.
Due to the unique design of the Duplex, it has a vast coverage and is generally adequate for most Hong Kong homes. It should be placed on the floor or the lower level of any duplex flats or houses as the frequencies rise upwards to a height of 8 metres. When connected to the E-smog and HF Rayonators (which only emit to a radius of 2 metres), the Duplex amplifies the emission range of the rayonators and together they provide us with greater protection against electromagnetic radiation (area of coverage varies with environmental factors). The Duplex set is ideally placed in the bedroom so that the occupants can be subject to the lowest possible burden by electromagnetic pollution and geological influences. Like other Rayonex biofield forming devices, the Duplex set requires no maintenance except cleaning by a wet cloth to prevent any accumulation of dust, dirt or static. As long as the shell is not broken and the antennae inside are not loosened (so that a noise can be heard), the Duplex can function permanently.
Duplex Placement
Electromagnetic radiation and geological influences can affect not just humans, animals and plants, but also the smooth function of appliances and inanimate objects. For this reason it is beneficial to find the most advantageous location for placing the Duplex set, so that it is subject to the least environmental burden. Locations near electric plugs , Wifi routers, refrigerators and cordless phones, or on sites burdened by water veins and global grids, for instance, are not optimal locations. Such locations are also not optimal for electrical appliances such as computers and printers, which may be more prone to malfunctioning. Placement of the Duplex set by professional building biologists can ensure maximum performance of the devices.
Duplex Tune Up
If a Duplex set is placed in a location that is not optimal, or if there are changes in the environment that produce adverse effects, the Duplex set may be burdened and be unable to function at maximum performance. In other words, its beneficial effects may be reduced. Additional remedial measures such as the shielding of any high frequency radiation or a relocation of the Duplex set to a more suitable place can help to restore maximum performance.

Mould Growth

Mould is a fungus or yeast that has gone mouldy, or mildewed. It grows where there is nutrition, warmth and humidity. It is often found on stale bread, fruit peel, leather, clothing, dirty water, humid walls and the back of cupboards and wardrobes. It produces spores that float in the air. Once the spores catch onto various materials in a humid state, they start propagating. They cause building materials to rot and become infested with microbes. When inhaled, the toxins that mould produces can cause damage in our respiratory tract and lead to allergies or other chronic problems. When ingested, the toxins can accumulate in our body and cause damage to our organs and nerves, or lead to infections or inflammation in our skin, nails and genitals.
