布緯食療基本做法短片

在嚴導監製下食療主義團隊製成了第一個食譜短片,在一分半鐘內明確示範布緯食療的基本做法,就是如何將鮮芝士與冷榨亞麻籽油拌勻成為完美組合,然後再加添即磨的亞麻籽粉,很簡單地就可以完成,經常使用能為身體提升免疫力並增加細胞帶氧量,對多種健康狀況都有幫助,但最好是用來治未病!

工具:手持電動攪拌棒、小型攪拌機

食材:鮮芝士、冷榨亞麻籽油、原粒亞麻籽

布緯鮮芝士十分細滑,易於攪拌
亞麻籽油需要是冷榨的,容器以深色玻璃瓶最好

方法:
在容器中裝入5﹣6湯匙鮮芝士
再加入2湯匙亞麻籽油
先用匙羹略為攪拌(為稍後用手持攪拌棒做準備)
再用手持攪拌棒將油與芝士充份攪拌均勻(大約40秒)

分別鮮磨亞麻籽成粉:
將一湯匙原粒亞麻籽加入小型攪拌機
將亞麻籽打磨成粉(大約10秒)


將鮮磨亞麻籽粉加入已拌好打勻的油與芝士完美組合
食用時可隨意加一些布緯能量籽(選擇性)
亦可隨意加一些優質蜂蜜(選擇性)
布緯食療「基本版」完成!

Equipment: electric hand blender for mixing cheese and oil, small blender for grinding flaxseeds into fresh powder


Ingredients:  fresh cheese (quark), cold-pressed flaxseed oil, whole flaxseeds

Fresh cheese is smooth, creamy and easy to mix.
Flaxseed oil should be cold-pressed and preferably from a dark glass container.

Mix cheese and oil:

Spoon 5-6 tablespoons of fresh cheese into a container of appropriate size;
Add 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil;
Use a spoon to mix, in preparation for blending later;
Use electric hand blender to create a smooth mixture (about 40 seconds);

Make freshly ground flaxseed power:

Add one tablespoon whole flaxseeds into small blender;
Blend the flaxseeds into powder (about 10 seconds);

For serving:

Add fresh flaxseed powder to the cheese and oil mixture for serving;
Can add a little Energiemix for delicious taste and texture (optional);
Can add a little quality honey (optional);
The basic mixture of Budwig Diet is ready to serve!
